Schroefdraadreparatieset voor reparatie van beschadigd schroefdraad. Complete set met; tap, boor, inbouwhulpstuk, tapbreker en schroefdraadinserts. De schroefdraadinserts zijn van volledig gecertificeerde luchtvaartkwaliteit, 18\/8 autentisch roestvast staal. Tevens heeft het een zeer hoge treksterkte van minimaal 1450 N\/mm\u00b2 en is het vrij hard (HRC 43-50). De schroefdraadinserts zijn inzetbaar bij temperaturen van -160 t\/m 420 \u00b0C met een tijdelijke piekbelasting tot 500 \u00b0C. Bij juiste plaatsing is de verbinding sterker dan de oorspronkelijke verbinding. De lengte van schroefdraadinserts wordt berekend met de volgende formule; aantal x draaddiameter (D). Standaard bestaat er 1.0xD, 1.5xD, 2.0xD, 2.5xD en 3.0xD. Bijvoorbeeld een insert M6 van 1.5xD heeft een ingeschroefde lengte van 1.5×6=9mm, een insert van M6 van 3.0xD heeft een ingeschroefde lengte van 3.0×6=18mm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
